Support for online MaxiTicket™ sales is available via email podpora@maxiticket.sk

For faster identification, we recommend attaching the variable symbol/transaction number and account number (if you paid via payment button), or the first and last digits of the card number (if you paid by card).

Messages on our Facebook page are also processed, but with lower priority.

We respond to absolutely all emails ASAP – as soon as possible (including nights and holidays).

The usual average response time is in minutes. During quiet periods, it is at most in hours.
